Ministries
We have ministries oriented towards every age group. Our Sunday school provides excellent, structured teaching to our young attendees. We also have a youth ministry called “Kaleo Ministries” which focuses on the needs of teenagers and young adults in the area. We do have a service in Malayalam language to cater to our folks from India. Throughout the year we have many activities to minster to the community including Halloween, Thanks Giving and Christmas outreaches. We have partnerships with many local churches and organizations to effectively minister to the needs of our community.
Helping the inner-city kids through education: ICC is partnering with Power Company Kid’s Club (PCKC) to make a difference in the lives of kids in Pontiac through education. This year we are excited to work with PCKC as they expand their tutoring services. Volunteer opportunities are available for regular attenders of ICC. Come and see what a difference you can make in the life of another person.
Wednesday Night Intercessory Prayer: Wednesday night prayer at ICC is a time of refreshing in the Lord and also a time to intercede for Pontiac, Oakland County, Michigan, the United States, and other countries. We take time to touch the heart of God and hear what He wants from us.
Friday Night revival meetings: The Friday night revival meetings are primarily focused on personal transformation through the work of the Holy Spirit. Come with no agenda, but with great expectations to have an encounter with the Holy Spirit. This inter-denominational, inter-generational meeting is something ordained by God himself. He is in the business of building a new kind of local church.
Discipleship & Mentoring: Mentoring is modeling and teaching the precepts of the Bible and Christian life—mainly prayer, doctrine, Christian living, and worship. Discipleship is Equipping and Empowering the saints to follow the practices of Jesus in the way He discipled.
